II PHASE WEEKLY REFLECTION 0️⃣2️⃣ - 0️⃣6️⃣

 DAY REFLECTION 6 : 2 DECEMBER 2024

I reached school by 9:00 AM and signed the register by 9:15 AM. The day began with a special assembly highlighting Constitution Day (Nov 26), World Computer Literacy Day, and National Pollution Control Day, emphasizing civic awareness, digital literacy, and environmental conservation. In the 4th period, I taught a poem to Class 5.B, engaging them through interactive reading.During 5th and 6th periods, I had substitution in Class 8.C, where I introduced the concepts of food and the food web and later allowed students to complete their Biology notes. The 7th period was free, giving me time for lesson planning. Overall, it was a productive day with meaningful classroom interactions.

 DAY REFLECTION 7 : 3 DECEMBER 2024

Today, I reached school at 9:15 AM and signed the register at 9:30 AM. I started the day with a general observation session from 9:45 to 10:30 AM and taught the topic "Trophic Levels" in Class 8.C. Nisha teacher gave valuable feedback, advising me to be careful while using the blackboard, avoid simple mistakes, use multiple colored chalks, and review application-based questions.The rest of the day was filled with substitution classes, and I also helped serve lunch. In the 5th and 6th periods, I took substitution in Lower Primary (LP) classes, and in the 7th period, I gave notes to my students in 8.C. It was a busy and productive day.

DAY REFLECTION 8 : 4 DECEMBER 2024

Today was a productive day at school, starting with the morning assembly at 9:30 a.m. I had multiple substitution classes, teaching Mathematics in 5th week and Basic Science in 7th week, which provided an opportunity to engage with different students. During the free hours, I utilized the time to prepare lesson plans. I also handled lower primary classes before my permanent session in 9C, where I taught Body Movements. The students were interactive, making the session engaging. The day concluded at 3:30 p.m., marking a fulfilling teaching experience.

DAY REFLECTION 9 : 5 DECEMBER 2024

On the 9th day of teaching practice, I reached the school at 9:15 AM and began the day with preparation. I handled multiple substitution classes across different grades, including 9C, where I taught muscle tissue and provided notes to reinforce learning. In 7C, I supervised students during their writing session, ensuring discipline. Several L3 substitution classes required effective classroom management, while in 5A, I oversaw students during their PT period. The day ended with an interactive session in 6 B, where students engaged in singing and creative activities. This experience strengthened my teaching, classroom management, and student engagement skills, making it a fulfilling and insightful day of practice.

DAY REFLECTION 10 : 6 DECEMBER 2024

Today was a productive day at school, starting with the morning assembly by Class 8B. I utilized my free time in the first two periods for lesson preparation. During the third period, I handled a substitution in Class 9C, teaching students about the types of muscles, followed by another substitution in Class 8A, where I shared mathematical tips and tricks. Later, I assisted a Class 8 student with her assignment, making the learning process smoother for her. The day concluded with signing the register at 3:30 p.m. and leaving school by 4:00 p.m., marking another fulfilling teaching experience.
