II PHASE WEEKLY REFLECTION 0️⃣6️⃣ - 1️⃣0️⃣

 DAY REFLECTION 15 : 06 JANUARY 2025

Today marked the 15th day of my teaching practice, beginning at 9:15 AM with the usual signing of the register. The day started with a special assembly from 9:30 to 9:45 AM, where prizes were distributed to students who excelled in Shashtra Mela and NCC cadets who attended a vacation camp. In the first hour, I conducted remedial classes, helping students strengthen their understanding of key concepts. During the third hour, I got a substitution in 9.C, where I introduced the Human Skeleton, making the session interactive and engaging. The fourth hour was spent assisting intermediate classical students who were low achievers, providing them with additional academic support. In the sixth hour, I had a substitution in 8.C, where I taught Diverse Ecosystems, introducing three major ecosystems and their significance. The seventh hour was free, giving me time to reflect and prepare. The school day concluded at 3:30 PM with the National Anthem, and after signing out, I left by 4:00 PM. It was a productive day filled with meaningful interactions, engaging lessons, and opportunities to support students in their learning journey.

DAY REFLECTION 16 : 07 JANUARY 2025

Today marked the 16th day of my teaching practice, which was both engaging and insightful. I started the day with remedial classes, helping students strengthen their Malayalam letters and multiplication tables. Later, I took a substitution class in 9C, where I introduced the structure of bones and cartilage, making the lesson interactive and engaging. A significant part of the day was attending the PTA meeting for 7th and 9th grades, where teachers and parents discussed students' progress and academic growth. In the afternoon, I continued my lessons in 9C, teaching the structural framework of various organisms. I concluded the day in my permanent class, 8C, by providing notes to reinforce key concepts. The day was productive, filled with valuable teaching experiences, and strengthened my confidence in the classroom.

DAY REFLECTION 17 : 08 JANUARY 2025

I reached school by 9:15 AM, signed the register, and attended the assembly from 9:30 to 9:45 AM. The first two hours were spent conducting remedial classes for LP students, followed by a substitution in 7 C during the third hour. The fourth hour was free, and in the fifth hour, I had a substitution in 9C, where I taught the structure of joints. The sixth and seventh hours were also free, which I used to prepare new lesson plans. After the final bell at 3:30 PM after national anthem ,I signed the register, and left the school by 4:00 PM, concluding a productive day.

DAY REFLECTION 18 : 09 JANUARY 2025

Today was a productive day at school, starting at 9:20 AM. I handled substitution classes in 7 C and 7 B, engaging students in their lessons. In my permanent class with 9C, I taught "Types of Joints" using an innovative model, making the session interactive and effective. The afternoon was dedicated to remedial classes, supporting students who needed extra help to improve their learning. With free periods allowing for lesson preparation and reflection, the day was well-balanced, reinforcing the importance of innovative teaching methods and personalized support in education.

DAY REFLECTION 19 : 10 JANUARY 2025

Today was a productive day at school, starting with the morning assembly by Class 10 B at 9:30 AM. The first two periods were dedicated to remedial classes for students needing extra support, followed by a test for Class 9 C during the third period. In the fourth and sixth periods, I handled lessons for Class 7 B, ensuring effective engagement. During lunch break, I assisted in serving food to students. The fifth and seventh periods were free, giving me time to reflect and prepare. The day concluded with the national anthem at 3:30 PM, after which I signed the register and left the school.
