The intent of teacher induction program is to provide a systematic structure of support for beginning teachers. It provides an opportunity to work closely with and learn from a veteran teacher. A teacher induction program can help new teachers improve practice, learn professional responsibilities and ultimately positively affect student learning.
At the end of the day, its clear that everyone enjoyed this program very well and all are happy to share their experiences.💓😊
