Reflection day -1

Reflection was conducted in college by dividing the 110 students into 2 groups.

Each group contains 16 school representations.

I am added to the second group.

On the first day of reflection ,we hear the reflection after school induction of 8  schools such as;

Induction is an umbrella term for the supports put in place to assists teachers in adapting to a new workplace culture. Induction goes beyond understanding students, classes and curriculum. Information about the systems and processes that guide the workplace, as well as school norms, are integral for

teachers to settle in and feel confident; however, it’s important to keep in mind

the pace at which this is done.It is well understanded by whole students during school induction programme organised by the B.Ed curriculum in the first year.
