After the forenoon section of group activity, he gives as a clear lecture on leadership training.

Leadership development has focused on developing the leadership abilities and attitudes of individuals.Different personal trait and characteristics can help or hinder a person's leadership effectiveness and require formalized programs for developing leadership competencies. 

Advantages of  today's leadership training programme:

    We are able to formulate and implement effective leadership strategies.We studied to  develop the capabilities needed to increase our team’s work productivity. We tried on working to identify and improve our leadership style.

   We  develop our communication skills, by mastering the art of negotiation, influence and conflict management.

    We experienced becoming more confident as a leader and find new ways of influencing the team we lead.

    We have learned how to effectively connect to people, developing the ability to give constructive feedback, and critically seek the feedback of our team.
